4/29 - Bellevue Demonstration Garden 5/5-5/6 - UW Center for Urban Horticulture 5/13 - Cesar Chavez Garden at El Centro de la Raza Why you should go? At least 75 varieties of tomatoes, veggies, and herbs. 155 perennials, 47 native plants, and a lot more. For more details, check out the website. What: Plant Sale!
Where: Cesar Chavez Childrens' Demonstration Garden. Enter thru the main gate at El Centro off 16th Ave. When: Weekdays 4-6 pm. Weekends 10 am - 6 pm. Until the plants are gone! Why: Because you meant to start all those tomatoes and squash but didn't get around to it. You can pick up other veggies, herbs, ornamentals, even ground cherries! When: Saturday & Sunday, April 25-26, 10 am to 4 pm Why: Luoyang Tree Peony Display Garden has more than 400 plants and close to 30 varieties. Sale of potted tree peonies from Luoyang and bamboo from specialty growers from Washington and Oregon. Talks and demonstrations on plant care and other topics. Chinese artist demonstrations, art and craft sales. Garden books and Chinese flora and fauna books for sale. Lion dance Saturday at 11 am, plus other cultural entertainment. MAGNUSON PARK Why: It's one of the biggest and best plant sales around with lots of speciality nurseries. Check out their website for full details. Saturday, October 4th, 10-3, Cascadia Edible Landscaping and Go Natives Nursery are teaming up to host a big plant sale in the Hillman City Park and Garden. They will have a variety of native plants, berry bushes and winter veggie starts for sale. There will be a small cistern demo as well as two gardening experts available to answer questions! The sale will be held in the garden, up Orcas, behind the The Hillman City Collaboratory (5623 Rainier Ave S). What: Tomato and Vegetable Plant Sale. There will be 37 varieties of tomatoes, 14 varieties of peppers, and misc. lettuces and herbs. There will also be a talk in the Ranger Station at 10:30 on Growing Tomatoes in the Northwest.

Central Puget Sound Chapter Spring Plant Sale Saturday, May 3, 2014, 10 am--4 pm Mercerdale Park, 7701 SE 32nd, Mercer Island 98040 This spring we'll be focusing on plants and information for how to create rain gardens.
