 What: Pear-a-dise, an annual event hosted by the Seattle Beacon Hill Garden Club and Beacon Arts.
When: Sunday, August 21st, from 2-6 pm. Where: 100 year old pear orchard at Garden House, 2336 15th Ave S. Why: Free pears, crafts and games. More info to come.

 There are two great volunteer opportunities in the Beacon Hill neighborhood this Saturday, July 30th.
10 am - 11 am join us at the Station for some caffeine while we plan Pear-a-dise. This annual event invites our neighbors to pick pears in the Garden House pear orchard. There will also be free games, recipes, and crafts. It's a fun family event and we need volunteers. Stop by and say hi! 11 am - 1 pm we will walk over to the Bayview Triangle and do a little clean up and weeding on the pollinator garden. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary! |
